
Its end of January and summer salads seem so far away, however there is always Baby Fennel & Orange Salad, all in season at this time. This makes a simple salad that cheers me up due to its crispness, freshness and sweet acidic orange flavours.

My Bio in Coustellet had beautiful fresh organic baby fennel and juicey oranges, just perfect as an accompaniment to my crispy air-fryer quail for my lunch today.
